Why do it? Most of the time, it’s a way to enliven a couples marriage. A couple may feel it is the natural progression of there marriage to want to explore there sexual freedom. Swinging can open many doors for a couple, and help to strengthen there relationship even further. However, swinging isn’t an answer to fix a failing relationship, many times it will be the “straw that broke the camels back”, swinging couples rely on a strong foundation to there relationship, held together with honesty. Single people also swing, mostly by taking part in group sessions or joining another couple.
